How did Christ, from the Old Testament Scriptures, prove the resurrection?
Answer
"Now that the dead are raised, even Moses showed at the bush, when he called the Lord the God of
Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For He is not a God of the dead, but of the living:
for all live unto Him." Verses 37, 38.
NOTE-That is, in view of the resurrection-of the fact that there is to be a resurrection-all live unto
God. In His purpose, all are alive. It is in this sense that Paul speaks of God as the One "who quickens the
dead, and calls those things which be not as though they were." Rom. 4: 17.
