What is the condition of one who lacks these graces?

"But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from
his old sins." Verse 9.
Who alone comprehends the things of God?
What did this little horn do to the people of God?
Who has the promise of being blessed in his doing?
8. Did God bless and sanctify the seventh day while He was resting upon it, or when His rest on that day was past?
While in this condition, how much does one know about those he has left behind?
What has been promised in order that man may be redeemed from this condition?
Why are we exhorted to patience?
