Whom did Moses say the Lord would raise up?

"The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me;
unto Him ye shall hearken." Deut. 18: 15. See also verse 18.

With what measure of love should we serve others?
Through what are they to -be sanctified?
What question did others raise in opposition to this view?

And how may we know that we love the brethren?
