Why was the parable of the importunate widow given?

And He spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to Pray, and not to faint." Luke 18:
NOTE - The importunate widow got her request because of her persistency. God wants us to seek
Him, and to seek Him. earnestly, when we pray. He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Heb.
11: 6.
